A quieter kind of confidence

Effortless style starts with colour.

Most of us have a handful of pieces we reach for again and again, and a wardrobe of things that never quite worked. The difference is rarely the clothes. It is almost always the colour.

A personal colour analysis identifies the hues, depths and intensities that sit in natural harmony with your skin, eyes and hair. Worn close to the face, the right colours soften shadows, bring definition to your features and let you, rather than your outfit, do the talking.

The result is not a set of rules. It is a quiet framework for getting dressed with ease: shopping with intention, buying less and wearing more, and building a wardrobe where everything belongs together. And because your palette never goes out of fashion, it is the beginning of a more sustainable relationship with clothes, one that is kinder to your wardrobe, your budget and the planet.

The method

Sixteen seasons, one of them yours.

Shann works with the 16-season system, a refined evolution of seasonal colour analysis. Each of the four seasonal families holds four distinct palettes, so your result reflects the nuance of your colouring rather than forcing it into a broad category.

Spring

Fresh, clear and sunlit. Colour with warmth and life in it.

  • True Spring
  • Warm Spring
  • Light Spring
  • Bright Spring

Autumn

Rich, warm and grounded. Colour with earth and depth behind it.

  • True Autumn
  • Warm Autumn
  • Deep Autumn
  • Muted Autumn

Winter

Clear, cool and striking. Colour at its most decisive.

  • Bright Winter
  • Deep Winter
  • Cool Winter
  • True Winter

Summer

Soft, cool and understated. Colour seen through morning mist.

  • True Summer
  • Cool Summer
  • Light Summer
  • Muted Summer

Sustainability

Transform the way you buy.

The most sustainable wardrobe is the one you actually wear. Once you know your palette, shopping changes character: fewer impulse purchases, fewer near-misses that hang unworn with the tags still on, fewer colours that quietly fight each other on the rail.

Your season does not follow trends and does not expire, so every new piece can be chosen to earn its place, to work with what you already own, and to stay in service for years rather than a single season of fashion. You buy less, choose better and keep longer.

That is better for you, gentler on your budget, and considerably lighter on the planet. A palette is not a restriction; it is the end of wasteful guessing.

The experience

An appointment, not an appraisal.

01

Observation

Your consultation begins with an assessment of your natural colouring: the undertone of your skin, the depth and clarity of your eyes, the character of your hair. Nothing is assumed; everything is observed.

02

Draping

Precision-dyed fabric drapes are compared against your colouring, one against another, in controlled light. You will see the effect for yourself: some colours quieten shadows and bring your features forward, others compete with you.

03

Your season

Through the draping, your home season and precise sub-season emerge. Shann explains what makes your palette yours: your most harmonious colours, your best neutrals and metals, and how your palette relates to its neighbouring seasons.

04

Living in your colours

You leave with practical guidance for the wardrobe you actually own and the shopping you actually do: colour combinations, denim and coat choices, jewellery, and what to do with the colours you love that sit outside your palette.
